Change Widget Colors & Fonts

Postology provides a range of customization options under the 'Theme Settings' section. These settings allow you to adjust the appearance of the Postology widget to match your blog's style and aesthetics. Below is an explanation of each option available.

1. From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Postology > Customization.




2. Here, you'll find several sections where you can customize different parts of the widget:




• Header Text: This is the main title of your widget. You can change the font size, family (the type of font), weight (how bold it is), color, and line height (the space between lines of text).

• Summary Heading Text: This is the title that introduces the summary. You can customize it in the same way as the Header Text.

• Button Text: This is the text on the button within the widget. You can customize its style using the same options as above.

• Bullet Points Text: This refers to the list items in the summary. Again, you can adjust the font size, family, weight, color, and line height.

• Main Container: This refers to the overall box that contains the widget. You can adjust the background color, border radius (how rounded the corners are), border color, and border shadow (a slightly darker outline that can give the container a 3D effect).

• Inner Container: This is the area inside the Main Container. You can customize its style with the same options as the Main Container.

• Button Container: This refers to the area around the button within the widget. You can change the background color, border radius, and border color.

For each element, simply click on the 'Select Color' boxes to choose a color, or use the input fields to enter your choices for other options.

Tip:

• To maintain a consistent look across your website, use your brand’s hex codes when selecting colors. Hex codes are six-digit codes that represent specific colors. You can usually find your brand's hex codes in your website's style guide or theme settings.
